The Community Pride Project is a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the communities surrounding the Oak Park and Stockton Boulevard business Corridors in South Sacramento. This is accomplished by raising and distributing funds to local organizations, and facilitating local public service projects. Nonprofit educational/charitable status has been granted by the internal Revenue Service!
We show our commitment and contribute to our community in the following ways:
CASH (Community Against Sexual Harm) Program
The C.A.S.H Project was initiated in 2002 and came to fruition in 2007. The members of C.A.S.H work with survivors of prostitution committed to improve the quality of their life as well as lend a hand to those who are seeking "A Way Out" providing them with education and alternatives. CPP will provide administration support and coordination in planning and implementing a viable program based on SAGE model from San Francisco. A Drop In Center is currently open and outreach is underway!
C.A.S.H Website is coming soon. Check back periodically for the link.
